After completing your profile, please fax your tax exemption certificate to (866) 665-9570 Attn: Tax Department

We will then record your Tax Exemption Certificate so that your orders are not charged state sales tax for all states where you are exempt. Orders placed by individuals cannot be exempted; the order must be for the entity named on the certificate. Orders shipped to states where you are not exempt will be charged applicable sales tax.
